Hi & welcome to The Daley Method!
Here is what you can expect from working with me:
You are unique and that means your nutrition should be too! I take into account your individual physiology and lifestyle characteristics for safer and more effective ways to address your symptoms.
Personalized nutrition
Your ever-evolving nutrition plan is driven by how you’re feeling, what you’re feeling and how you want to feel. We’ll consider factors like your diet, sleep, exercise, stress, stage of life, and more. One’s nutrition often changes as life changes, but we’ll work to build a relationship with food that is sustainable for your future.
Supported by me
It’s important to feel safe and encouraged when making changes. That’s why I’ll provide the space to discuss your health history and future wellness goals with no judgment (ever!) and give you the time to explore what makes you feel your best.
Inspired by you
In a world of misinformation, it is important to me to provide evidence-based recommendations that are supported by human data. There is a lot of nonsense out there today and my goal is to help you weed through all the BS by providing the research, reputable go-to nutrition resources, and science-backed protocols.
Grounded in science
Dale M. | MS, CNS candidate
Hi, it’s me, Dale, the founder of The Daley Method!
Over the past decade I have personally experienced just how much thoughtful nutrition can improve one’s quality of life. I am passionate about educating others to make informed decisions about their own health and guiding them to discover which nutrition and lifestyle interventions promote feeling their best.
My nutrition education began when I enrolled in The Institute for Integrative Nutrition’s Health Coach Training Program. While this program was a great stepping stone, upon getting my certification I immediately knew I wanted and needed to learn more—more about the science, the pathophysiology of diseases, the intricacies of metabolic pathways and the nitty-gritty of micro and macronutrients if I was going to help people in the way I truly thought they deserved. I am now pursuing the Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) credential, which is the most advanced certification for personalized nutrition practitioners. It requires a Master of Science or Doctoral degree in the field of nutrition (or a related field), 1,000 hours of Supervised Practice Experience, and passing the Certification Examination for Nutrition Specialists administered by the Board for Certification of Nutrition Specialists (BCNS).
What drove this desire? Well, I think we can unfortunately all agree that in today’s world food and nutrition can be very confusing. There are a lot of opinions and a lot of unqualified people in the media telling you what you “should” and “shouldn’t” eat. It can be overwhelming and stressful when you’re bombarded every day with various diets, supplements, “toxic foods” to avoid and ways to “hack your health.” And more importantly, it can be dangerous when the people promoting these ideas have little to no formal education that justifies them actually doing so.
And that’s why I’m here. In University of Bridgeport’s MS Human Nutrition Program, I learned how to provide evidence-based recommendations inspired by your story and your life, all within a supportive environment that prioritizes your individuality. Remember: you are unique and nutrition is personal.

Unfortunately, I do not accept insurance at this time. However, I can provide you with a Super Bill, which is a standardized receipt detailing out the services rendered in a session. You can submit this receipt directly to your insurance provider for possible full or partial reimbursement for Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) services.
